As far as I'm concerned, increased cases coupled w/decreased deaths = good.


I still think effective vaccines are a long ways off, so my feeling is we'll need to reach herd immunity before things can fully begin to return to "normal". If more people are getting the virus and fewer are dying, that's a good thing, in my opinion.
